My upscale Kitchen + Market in upstate New York’s Catskills region was my foray into commercial design, build-out, and retail and restaurant operations management. At Little North I had a daily changing menu of healthful, seasonal, farm-fresh prepared foods, a curated cafe-style menu, and an array of gourmet treats and home goods from some of the most special small-batch makers all over the world. We were proud to use mostly organic ingredients and buy from local farms.
