Stacy Adimando is a food and travel journalist, cookbook author, and recipe developer, and the current Test Kitchen Director at Saveur magazine. Stacy has also worked at Every Day with Rachael RayFood Network and Natural Health magazines, and written for a variety of food, travel and lifestyle publications including Bon Appétit, Forbes, Food & Wine, Vogue, NPR, Epicurious, Conde Nast Traveler, SELF, Gastronomica, Dr. Oz's The Good Life, Details, Men's Journal, TastingTable.com, Vegetarian Times,  and many more. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University as well as the Institute of Culinary Education's Culinary Arts program in New York City, and trained inside the kitchen of farm-to-table pioneer Peter Hoffman's Savoy restaurant in Manhattan. Stacy is the author of several cookbooks. Most recently she released Around the Fire  (Ten Speed Press, Spring 2016) in co-authorship with the James Beard Award-nominated chefs from Ox restaurant in Portland, and will release a cookbook with San Francisco's Nopalito restaurant in Spring of 2017 (Ten Speed Press). Her Short Stack Editions Volume: Cherries will debuted in Spring 2016.
